What are the delivery timelines?

Express: 1–2 business days between metros and major cities. Standard: 3–5 business days across India. Economy: 5–7 business days. Same-day delivery is available in select cities. You see the exact estimate for every order before you book.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. GharShip has no monthly platform fee, no setup fee and no subscription. You pay only per shipment — from your prepaid wallet or through postpaid billing.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Charges depend on the destination zone (A–E) and the chargeable weight — the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (L × B × H in cm ÷ 5000). COD orders add a COD charge. All prices include GST.

When will my parcel be picked up?

Pickup is usually scheduled within 24 hours of booking, between 9 AM and 7 PM on business days. The pickup executive calls before arriving. If a pickup fails, we re-attempt on the next business day.

How do I track my shipment?

Enter the AWB number on our Track page. You and your buyers also get SMS and email updates at key milestones, and our support team can help with any AWB.

What happens if a delivery fails?

We make up to 3 delivery attempts. If one fails, your buyer can tell us on WhatsApp what really happened and choose a re-attempt, a new date or a new address. After 3 failed attempts the parcel is held at the nearest hub for 3 days, then returned to you (RTO charges apply).

When do I receive my COD money?

COD is remitted on a fixed cycle — with a D+3 target for verified sellers — directly to your bank account, with an AWB-wise statement and UTR for every payout.

How do I cancel a shipment?

Cancellation is free before pickup. After pickup but before transit, a fee of ₹50–₹150 may apply depending on the service. Once a shipment is in transit, it can’t be cancelled.

What is the maximum weight per shipment?

It depends on the service — standard shipments can be up to 50 kg. For heavier consignments, contact our business team for a custom solution.

How do I raise a complaint?

Email support@gharship.com, call +91 97301 67352 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM) or WhatsApp us with your AWB number. We respond within 24 hours, and a ticket is closed only after you confirm it’s resolved.
