01Do not ship
Do not send illegal goods, narcotics, weapons, explosives, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, cash or items prohibited by law or the selected courier. Do not conceal dangerous contents or misdeclare a parcel.
02Ask before booking
Batteries, liquids, aerosols, chemicals, food, medicines, valuables, fragile goods and temperature-sensitive items may need documents, special packaging or an approved service. Air and surface restrictions differ. Obtain written acceptance from the chosen courier.
03Inspection and responsibility
Couriers may inspect, refuse, hold or return a non-compliant parcel under their conditions and applicable law. The sender remains responsible for accurate declarations and required permissions. Ask support when unsure rather than booking under a different product description.
