Account Restrictions & Appeals

01Reasons for restriction

Restrictions may be necessary for suspected fraud, account compromise, prohibited shipments, false declarations, unpaid valid charges or a legal direction. Urgent risks may require immediate action while the facts are reviewed.

02Notice and outstanding shipments

Where permitted, the business communicates the restriction and steps needed to resolve it. Ask support how in-transit shipments, records and undisputed balances will be handled. A restriction does not by itself erase valid settlement obligations.

03Appeal

Write to care@gharship.com with the account contact, restriction reference, relevant evidence and proposed correction. Never create duplicate identities to bypass a restriction. Request a written review outcome and use grievance escalation if unresolved.
