These terms explain your use of GharShip, operated by SB GADGE ENTERPRISES, and the responsibilities involved in arranging a shipment.
01Who can use the service
Business accounts must be operated by an authorised adult. Provide accurate contact, business, KYC and bank details where required. Keep login credentials and buyer links private.
02Booking and courier services
GharShip helps arrange services provided by courier partners. Pickup, serviceability, delivery attempts and transit times depend on the chosen courier and route. Website estimates do not confirm a booking or guarantee delivery.
03Charges and seller responsibilities
Review the booking quote, applicable taxes, COD and return charges before payment. Declare accurate contents, value, packed weight and dimensions. Use suitable packaging and include required invoices or documents. Do not ship prohibited items.
04Disputes and changes
Raise discrepancies through support with the AWB and evidence. The specific seller agreement, courier conditions and applicable law govern service liability and claims. Material policy changes are published with an updated date. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
